The objectives will be to provide participants with: the definition of grounding; points used during Brainspotting; experiential methods of grounding starting from sitting to more active movements and processes to do in and out of session. Participants will walk away with experiences for self and client and to support self during counter-transference in session and feel more connected to the topic of grounding. It will be an active experiential mini-workshop. Each participant will be required to take care of their own body movement ability and variations for specific needs will be discussed and offered.
